What We’re Seeking A reliable, quality-focused leader with excellent attention to detail who actively seeks opportunities to improve their team and department processes for greater efficiency without compromising product quality. Compensation : The target salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 13, with a full pay range of $66,096.68 to $99,200.97 USD. You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 5% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget. Hours : Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-2:30am, occasional flexibility to cover alternate shifts may be required based on business needs. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Health & Safety Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing employees on the use of all control points and resources; maintain compliance with established policies and procedures. Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job. Acts as a point of contact for after-hours for employees and plant security. Request for onsite drug screening for safety incidents with property damage, for reasonable suspicion (behavioral incidence) after hours. Consult with HR and management regarding the next step.
