Job Details Position: Project Manager – Engineering Design Location: Appleton, WI (hybrid) – 30% travel required Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 per year Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all details are covered. Define and document engineering scope and vision. Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables. Coordinate resources, including drawings and site visits. Exceed client expectations and drive project success. Track and manage project costs. Adapt to changes quickly and communicate updates to stakeholders. Resolve client issues promptly. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures. Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing. Anticipate future project needs and opportunities. Travel up to 30% for site visits. Proven experience managing engineering projects. Knowledge of engineering processes. Ability to build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities. Track record of delivering projects on budget and on time. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Experience in Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Consumer Products is a plus. PMP certification preferred.
