Part-Time Retail Associate

Marlow White Uniforms, the nation’s premier provider of military dress uniforms, is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to join our in-store fitting team in Leavenworth, KS.

This is a face-to-face showroom role for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, takes pride in accuracy, and understands that great service is more than making a sale — it’s creating an experience.

In this role, you’ll welcome service members into our retail storefront, guide them through uniform sizing, take accurate measurements, help prepare them for tailor fittings, and ensure each order is entered with care and precision.

No prior military uniform experience is required. We provide full training.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in our Leavenworth showroom
• Create a professional, welcoming, and service-focused customer experience
• Take and record accurate customer measurements
• Recommend appropriate uniform sizes based on measurements and fit guidance
• Prepare customers for fittings with our tailor
• Enter customer orders, measurements, and product selections accurately
• Assist with appointment scheduling and customer flow
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
• Support customers with questions, solutions, and general uniform needs

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working face-to-face with customers
• Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
• Confident communicating with customers one-on-one
• Service-minded and willing to go the extra mile
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or fitting experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills required
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Outlook/email experience is a plus
• No military uniform experience required — training provided

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $17.00+ per hour , depending on experience
• Part-time | Approximately 28+ hours per week
• Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Paid training
• Purpose-driven, team-oriented work environment
