Company Drivers with ATS Trucking:

Company Dry Van Drivers Earn $1,500 - $1,900 Weekly
Company Dry Van Driver: Guaranteed $1,300/week Guarantee Weekly Pay - First 12 Weeks
Company Drivers Earn 26% of the line-haul
Company Drivers Start at 60 CPM plus accessorials, and earn more as you stay with ATS

ATS Upside Pay Program - Protected When Freight Slows. Rewarded When It Grows. Company drivers earn either 60 CPM or 26% of the line haul - whichever pays more on every load - creating a pay program that was intentionally built to perform through every freight cycle.

Our Company Dry Van fleet is looking to make $10,000-$15,000 MORE this year than last year.

Company Dry Van OTR

2025 year-end: $1,345-$1,690 ($70,040-$88,040/year)
10-week rolling average: $1,555-$1,935 ($80,995-$100,740/year)

Anderson CDL A Truck Driver Requirements:

Company drivers are 6 month experience and lease drivers are 1 yr experience
Valid CDL-A License
Company: 6 months verifiable OTR experience
Lease: 1 year verifiable OTR experience
Must meet DOT requirements
Must have stable, verifiable work history & acceptable driving record
