Labor Network is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to help fill open positions for our clients. This role focuses on making outbound calls, screening candidates, and helping applicants through the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Explain job opportunities and company requirements.
- Screen applicants and determine qualifications..
- Follow up with applicants.
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
