Bill Rate: $65,000+/year

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
• Current Kansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification (BLS or ARC CPR for Professional Rescuer) obtained within 90 days of employment
• Hospital experience preferred

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
• CPR certified
