Key Responsibilities\n

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention services and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care during acute distress situations.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in adherence to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, helping them understand and manage their mental health conditions effectively.

  • Engage in regular outcome assessments to evaluate the efficacy of treatment interventions, adjusting care strategies as necessary to align with patient needs and progress.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, preferably with specialization in clinical social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
