Project Manager - RTSM (Remote)

Location Hybrid About The Team The Project Manager – RTSM is responsible for the overall relationship management of RTSM client accounts and day-to-day activities. The RTSM Project Management Function ensures that RTSM is designed according to the study protocol, in the most efficient manner, and with the highest quality, while staying on time and within budget, and provides RTSM subject matter expertise to our clients during trial execution. Responsibilities Manage multiple RTSM projects with a focus on delivering scope on time, within budget, and with high quality outcomes Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RTSM throughout the implementation process and the study life cycle, providing guidance to partners, sponsors, and internal teams Review clinical protocols and advise on optimal RTSM implementation strategies Assist in preparing system-related specifications and documentation Deliver RTSM workshop content and lead client meetings Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue management Provide customer support and training to ensure a positive experience with RTSM and Medidata as a whole Maintain project/client documentation within e-binders for one or more projects/clients Collaborate with Sales to develop new and repeat business opportunities Provide guidance and consulting to clients on best use of RTSM Provide feedback on client RTSM user experiences to the Product Team for product enhancements Ensure compliance with Medidata's standard project management methodologies and SOPs Qualifications Strong understanding of clinical research (pharma, device, and/or biotech sectors) and knowledge of RTSM/IRT with a solid grasp of Clinical Research SaaS technology Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on client communication and experience Excellent computer, public speaking, presentation, and teaching skills Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with MS Project, project development, and management Self-motivated, able to work remotely, and assume professional responsibility Travel expectations up to 25%, national/international Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a 4‑year college degree (science or analytic discipline preferred) or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in clinical development and/or software development environments, with particular emphasis on RTSM/IRT experience Salary Range New York City Metro Area: $79,500.00 – $106,000.00 California Bay Area: $84,000.00 – $112,000.00 Boston Metro Area: $78,000.00 – $104,000.00 Texas or Ohio: $70,125.00 – $93,500.00 All other U.S. locations: $71,250.00 – $95,000.00 Equal Employment Opportunity In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at Medidata are based on merit, qualifications and abilities.
