- Identify project risks and develop practical, cost-effective solutions that improve project outcomes while minimizing schedule impacts.
- Lead progress meetings and coordinate activities among clients, contractors, utility companies, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to construction inspectors, field staff, and subconsultants.
- Analyze and resolve project-related issues, including contractor disputes, client concerns, public inquiries, and schedule challenges.

- Identify and resolve complex construction challenges related to structural elements, utility conflicts, earthwork operations, transportation facilities, and airfield infrastructure.
- Recommend innovative approaches, materials, and construction methods that improve safety, efficiency, quality, and project performance.
Client Partnership & Communication
- Serve as a trusted representative and advisor to airport authorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
- Communicate project progress, schedule impacts, budget considerations, risks, and construction challenges to stakeholders.
- Facilitate resolution of contractor disputes, change requests, claims, and construction-related concerns.
- Support public outreach efforts, project communications, websites, and stakeholder engagement initiatives as needed.
- Act as a business partner to clients by providing proactive recommendations that help achieve successful project outcomes.
Financial Stewardship & Quality Assurance
- Protect client interests through diligent contract administration, documentation, and quality assurance oversight.
- Review pay applications, quantify pay items, assist with pay estimates, and resolve contractor payment disputes.
- Verify work completion and contract compliance prior to payment authorization.
- Maintain accurate field documentation, inspection reports, testing records, project files, and funding agency documentation.
- Prepare project records and supporting documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, contract documents, and applicable regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
