Location: Clinton, Iowa

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic

About the Opportunity

The Client is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient team in Clinton, IA. This is an exciting opportunity to build a robust patient panel within a physician-led organization that emphasizes collaboration, quality care, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Perform routine exams, diagnostics, and chronic disease management.
• Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Participate in shared call rotation (1:4) for patient coverage.
• Collaborate with on-site specialties (urology, cardiology, surgery, oncology, etc.) to ensure coordinated care

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Family Medicine - Required
• Iowa medical license (or eligibility to obtain) - Required
• Clean malpractice and licensing history - Highly preferred
• Visa candidates (J-1 and H-1B) - Accepted (must indicate visa status)
• Ability to start full-time outpatient practice and participate in 1:4 call - Required
• Candidates with open malpractice cases or supervision requirements - Not eligible

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base income guarantee: $290,100/year for two years.
• Bonus package: $150,000 + productivity incentives .
