Data Analyst

Role Description

As a Data Analyst, you will have a cross-functional role and collaborate closely with teams to understand our data and develop insights.

• Advanced analytics & data science:
  • Explore and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and potential issues that will support decision-making processes across all teams.
  • Contribute to data science initiatives by building predictive models and applying statistics to generate deeper insights and drive measurable business impact.
• Reporting and Data Visualization:
  • Design and create dashboards and data visualizations that empower stakeholders to explore data autonomously.
  • Leverage AI tools to move faster, focusing on defining the right metrics, surfacing meaningful insights, and ensuring data is understood and acted upon across the company.
• AI and data integration:
  • Actively contribute to bridging our data with the AI tools we use, ensuring insights are integrated and maintained over time.
• Stakeholder collaboration:
  • Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to understand their needs, collect their feedback, and evangelize data usage to help them make smarter choices and become more autonomous over time.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement:
  • Grow along the way and keep up with the latest analytical methods, AI developments, and tools in our data stack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis (relevant internships can count).
• Genuinely curious about AI and its applications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, welcoming feedback and challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of business needs and the big picture of how the business operates.
• Ability to present conclusions clearly and concisely (written and oral).
• Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Mastering SQL and Python is a plus, but not mandatory as you can learn when joining.
