CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Catering Attendant position. Responsibilities include delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. The employee may drive a catering delivery truck, set up and serve at functions, clean the event area during and after events, break down the setup, and return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner. Location : General Dynamics – 8201 E McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Pay : $19.00 – $20.00 per hour. Requirements : Experience with banquets, catering, and food delivery required. Online applications only. Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations. Log and maintain food temperatures. Arrange tables and decorations. Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards. Serve food and beverages to guests. Thoroughly clean location after each event. Return food, beverages, and service equipment to the catering facility. Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions. Stock, clean, and maintain catering facility and equipment. Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver’s license may be required. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.
