Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Raleigh, NC to manage leasing and renewal activities for The Miles community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are move-in ready. You will also design and execute marketing plans, track traffic with onsite software, and follow up with residents to secure renewals and satisfaction. A flexible schedule is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
