Bridge View Nursing Home is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

• Manage the front desk and visitor sign-in/sign-out process.

• Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests.

• Coordinate deliveries, mail, and packages.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with nursing and administrative staff.

• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service, receptionist, or concierge experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer and telephone skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
