Summary Lead and mentor a retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and business performance. Work in collaboration with the Store Manager to set goals, develop talent, and execute commercial and clienteling strategies in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Maintain high brand standards across operations, visual merchandising and customer service. Responsibilities Coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve individual and store targets; conduct briefings and training. Recruit and support talent development and internal succession planning. Drive client development and retention through proactive clienteling and relationship building. Demonstrate sales leadership on the floor, support cross-selling and build a personal client portfolio. Manage sales floor standards, visual merchandising and customer experience delivery. Support operations including inventory management, workforce planning and adherence to brand policies and grooming guidelines. Requirements 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail. Proven people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team. Strong commercial acumen, results orientation and knowledge of clienteling tools and techniques. Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to work flexible retail hours.
