Registered Nurse, PCU – Travel assignment in Utica, New York. Start date: 09/20/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: 2,240 to 2,400 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36. Shift: 2x3 days. Work setting: hospital unit (IMCU/PCU) with adult patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults in the IMCU/PCU, focusing on neuro, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory conditions
- Monitor hemodynamics, administer medications and therapies per orders, and manage respiratory support including chronic vents with RT assistance as needed
- Perform ongoing assessments, interpret changes, and update care plans; document in EPIC EMR
- Manage invasive devices and lines (A-lines, chest tubes, temp pacers, etc.) and coordinate care with respiratory therapy and other disciplines
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to protocols
- Floats to other units as needed to meet patient care demands while maintaining clinical competencies

Requirements
- Active New York RN license (Nursys verification); RTO must be included at submission
- 2+ years of IMCU/PCU experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- EPIC EMR experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license
- Ability to work in an adult-only unit; floating as needed; local candidates within 75 miles eligible for local rate
