• Days: Mon/Wed/Fri, 11am - 8pm
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Clinic serves multi-cultural population
• EMR: Epic
• 3+ years primary care experience required
• BLS certification required
• Hospital privileges required
• Spanish preferred
