Program Manager - Youth Employment

Our client is a non-profit educational institution based in NYC . They are seeking a Program Manager to join the team in support of youth work force initiatives. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week in Midtown Manhattan. Job Details Lead youth work force initiatives, including Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluations Oversee projects, budgets, learning opportunities, and career fairs Work collaboratively across departments in support of program goals Assist Marketing team with creation of advertising materials Provide grant search support to Development team Coordinate community events Salary Range: $70-75k annually, based on experience Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, or similar field, required 4+ years’ experience in managing youth employment programs such as SYEP, Pathways, or similar Must have leadership and mentoring experience Must be familiar with DYCD Connect Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
