HVAC Service Technician

HVAC/R Dispatcher – Service DivisionAn established mechanical contractor is seeking an HVAC/R Service Dispatcher to join its fast-paced and growing team. This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC and refrigeration technicians, coordinating service calls, and maintaining clear and efficient communication across field and office operations.Key Responsibilities:Dispatch HVAC/R technicians for service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairsPrioritize and schedule incoming service requests based on urgency, availability, and locationMonitor work order progress, technician location, and job status to ensure timely completionServe as the main point of contact between field teams, customers, and internal departmentsSupport documentation, quoting, and billing follow-ups as neededMake quick decisions to resolve scheduling conflicts or delaysQualifications:1–3 years of dispatch experience (HVAC/R or related service trades preferred)Understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems and terminology is a plusHighly organized, with strong administrative and multitasking skillsProfessional and clear communicator who remains calm under pressureFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and dispatching/job tracking systemsLocal to the area and available for in-office workWhat's In It for You:Join a stable and growing service team with strong leadershipLong-term growth potential within a company that values craftsmanship and collaborationCompetitive compensation and full benefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) and 401k with matchWork with a company that takes pride in doing the job right and supporting its peopleGym Reimbursement
