All American Concrete Form is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Manager / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position is available immediately and offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and construction accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and handle in-house payroll functions
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records
- Track project job costs including labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Process invoices and payments
- Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Communication between multiple banks
- Knowledge of intercompany billing
- Perform month-end closings and general ledger reconciliations
- Manage insurance documentation including health, workers' compensation, general liability, and auto coverage
- Assist with tax filings and year-end reporting
- Support xhyhwjd human resources functions and maintain HR records
- 3–5 years of accounting or advanced bookkeeping experience
- Construction accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of accrual accounting
- Experience with Foundation Software (required)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of job costing
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
