Location: San Antonio, Texas

Shift Type: Day & Night shifts, 36 hours per week

Candidate Pay Rate: $35.1 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses in delivering high-quality patient care
• Monitor vital signs and document patient status accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN with active Texas license
• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg experience and Telemetry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment
• Telemetry capable is REQUIRED
• Medication administration
• Wound care
• IV therapy basics
• Clinical documentation
• Infection control
• Time management
