Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,179 per week

Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for an assignment in Mesa, Arizona. Specialty: Physical Therapist – Discipline: Therapy. Start Date: 08/03/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing one‑on‑one outpatient care. New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply. Experience or comfort working with pelvic health caseload. Client requests approximately 20 hours per week of pelvic PT with remaining caseload general outpatient. This is a client‑specific requirement. Familiarity with electronic medical records. Client uses Prompt EMR; proficiency preferred. Ability to prioritize patient care and maintain patient‑centered practice. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Caseload: Primarily 1:1 patient care. Client expects a split caseload with approximately 20 hours per week focused on pelvic PT and remaining hours general outpatient; start timing to be determined within the next 1–2 months. This is a client‑specific requirement. Location Highlights Mesa is located just east of Phoenix and offers access to both desert and urban recreation. Downtown Mesa features the Mesa Arts Center and is a 20–30 minute drive to central Phoenix. Usery Mountain Regional Park is about 25 minutes east and provides hiking, mountain biking, and desert scenery. The Superstition Mountains lie approximately 30–45 minutes to the east and offer hiking and climbing opportunities. The Salt River and nearby lakes allow boating and fishing within a 30–60 minute drive. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 20–30 minute drive, providing regional and national flights, while Valley Metro light rail connects Mesa with greater Phoenix for urban commuting and entertainment.
