About the Role:

KLKS Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and motivated Lead Sales Associate to join our growing team in Reno, NV! In this role, you'll take the lead on building customer relationships, driving revenue, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales associates to meet and exceed team targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share
• Conduct product presentations and consultative sales conversations with prospective clients
• Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting
• Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and improve team efficiency
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior sales role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
