If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner's team in Amarillo, TX. This role offers the chance to work in a unit that combines med/surg and intermediate care, providing a varied and rewarding experience.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Your expertise will be crucial in managing patient assignments with nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6, ensuring each patient receives the attention they deserve.

• Provide exceptional nursing care to med/surg and intermediate care patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more
• Utilize your skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and rapid response
• Administer blood products and manage central and peripheral lines
• Support patients with post-cardiac procedures and manage cardiac drips
• Float to med/surg units as needed
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Must hold a State or Compact license at the time of submission
