What This Role Actually Does You will own the day‑to‑day operational backbone of our legal work: Intake new client matters and ensure they are properly opened and tracked Maintain critical legal deadlines and update our docketing system daily Support U.S. patent filings and patent prosecution workflows Coordinate with attorneys and legal support staff to keep matters moving efficiently Communicate professionally with clients and foreign associates (primarily via email) regarding filings, deadlines, and matter logistics This is a high‑precision, execution‑focused role .
