Now seeking a dynamic Professional Surveyor to join our team in Boca Raton OR Port St. Lucie, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and mathematical skills, possess a keen eye for detail, and have great communication skills.

Location: Port St. Lucie, FL 34946
Salary : 90K - 115K (based on experience)


Required:

• Florida Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) or Professional Surveyors & Mappers (PSM) License (REQUIRED)
• Proficiency in electronic survey equipment.
• Valid Driver license required.
• Operating AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office including Word & Excel,
• Draw boundary surveys, easement sketches, and other types of surveys.
• Interpret and draw utility as-builts.
• Perform detailed research at the town, county, and state levels.
• Read, plot, and locate land descriptions pertaining to easements and parcels of land.
• Review Title documents and Table A (ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys) items and apply them to the survey.
• Communicate with Surveyor to make sure job completion is up to company standards.
• Pay scale according to knowledge and ability.
• Minimum of 5 years
• At least 40 hours a week with overtime possible. Weekend work when necessary.

• Software Experience with MS Office, MS Project
• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor.
• Display a keen enthusiasm for generating and pursuing business opportunities.
• Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
