Job Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours of operation, and surrounding area (e.g., mall, restaurants) Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc. Identify items that guests have left behind and report them using the hotel’s lost and found procedures Other duties as assigned Education and Experience High School Diploma/GED Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to multi‑task Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests Knowledge of cleanliness standards Bonus payout: 50% will be paid out after 30 days of continued employment, and remaining will be paid out after 45 days of continued employment. The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment. This position is tip‑eligible.
