About the Position

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to support local operations in Nashville. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. The role is temporary-to-permanent and operates on-site.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Temp to perm
Start date: August 10, 2026

Job Details

Route type: Local, home daily
Freight: Office supplies and paper products
Handling: Light touch using a pallet jack
Equipment: Non-CDL delivery vehicle

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment on local routes
Transport products in accordance with DOT and safety standards
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Meet the physical demands of the role

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Experience with electronic logging devices
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
