Job Summary: Finishing Operator I We are looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Operator I to handle high-production finishing tasks, including grinding, cutting, dressing, and sandblasting. In this role, you will set up and operate various machines and hand tools to ensure our abrasive and ceramic products meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment (sandblasters, balancers, etc.) using hand and power tools.
• Production Support: Load/unload materials manually or with hoists, and move work pieces to designated areas.
• Quality & Precision: Trim, scrape, or deburr parts to meet quality standards; monitor machine operations to troubleshoot and correct issues.
• Documentation: Follow work orders and technical instructions closely while recording production data accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery or using hand tools for product finishing.
• Ability to read and follow clear, well-defined work orders and technical sequences.
• Physical ability to handle materials (abrasive wheels, ceramics) and perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
