Position Summary As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality ABA services by conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with families, and monitoring client progress. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive evaluations. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise and mentor RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines. Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress. Provide caregiver training and ongoing support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals and participate in team meetings. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active state licensure (where applicable). Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
