We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Great Bend, KS . This position offers a combination of medical-surgical and outpatient/urgent care nursing, making it a strong fit for experienced Med Surg, Acute Care, Urgent Care, Outpatient or Ambulatory RNs .

New graduate RNs may also be considered.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent / Direct Hire
• Location: Great Bend, KS
• Setting: Medical-Surgical / Outpatient / Urgent Care
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift: Days & Nights
• OT: Available
• Self-Scheduling: Yes, with schedule flexibility
• Weekend: Every-other weekend
• Holiday: Every-other holiday
• On-Call: Minimal
• Pay: $28–$37/hr , based on experience
• Night & Weekend Differentials: Available
• Relocation Assistance: May be available

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Provide safe, evidence-based patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and identify changes
• Administer medications and treatments

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Kansas or Compact
• Nursing degree
• BLS required
• ACLS & PALS can be obtained after hire
• Urgent Care, Medical-Surgical, Acute Care, Outpatient or Ambulatory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Entry-level RNs and new graduates may be considered. The team values professionalism, compassion, drive and willingness to learn and is open to training candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and commitment to patient care.
