About Meineke

Meineke is seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician in Austin, TX, offering $35–$50 per flagged hour with earning potential up to $100,000 annually. This full-time position includes a weekly pay guarantee, productivity incentives, and ongoing training. Technicians can stay focused on diagnosing and repairing Domestic and import vehicles without handling parts ordering, estimate writing, or service advising duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
• Maintain and repair Domestic and import vehicles
• Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Handle assigned automotive repairs from start to finish
• Maintain productivity and quality workmanship in a flat-rate environment
• Work with the service team to keep jobs moving efficiently

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
• A-Level or strong B-Level automotive technician skill set
• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity
• Experience working on Domestic and import vehicles
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Tekmetric experience preferred
