Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for someone to join digital marketing agency team. The ideal candidate should have a high follow-through with attention-to-detail for lead generation and appointment setting. Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through various sources and channels, such as online research, social media, and referrals. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and budget. Set up appointments for the sales team to follow up with qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential clients in our CRM system. Analyze data related to lead generation and appointment setting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Must have skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other digital marketing tools. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Nice to have skills but not necessary Sales experience, including the ability to identify potential customers, build relationships, and/or close deals. Able to use data to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.
