We are looking for a talented Working Foreman - Diesel Technician to join our team! Job Description As a Working Foreman - Diesel Technician at Brown NationaLease in Iowa Falls IA, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing diesel trucks and equipment. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations in the shop, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards. You will also be hands-on in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical issues on various types of diesel vehicles. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of technicians in performing maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks Ensure shop operations run smoothly and efficiently Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on diesel vehicles Perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime for clients Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment Qualifications Valid CDL and ASE certifications preferred Prior experience as a diesel technician or in a similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies About Us Brown NationaLease is a leading provider of commercial truck leasing and rental services in the Midwest.
