Stainless Steel TIG Fitter Welder – Fabrication

Pay: $22–$28 per hour depending on experience

This position requires experienced welders capable of fitting and welding stainless steel components in a fabrication shop environment. The role requires precision TIG welding and the ability to fit and assemble stainless components according to fabrication drawings.

Applicants without stainless steel welding experience will not be considered.

Requirements

• Experience fitting and welding stainless steel components

• TIG welding experience required

• Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols

• Experience measuring and aligning stainless steel assemblies

• Reliable transportation to work

Responsibilities

• Fit and assemble stainless steel components according to fabrication drawings

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel materials

• Align and secure components prior to welding

• Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure quality standards

• Maintain safe operation of welding and fabrication equipment

Work Environment

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment working with stainless steel components, welding equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience performing TIG welding on stainless steel

• Experience fitting stainless steel fabrication assemblies

• Experience working in stainless steel fabrication shops
