Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support and enhance our financial planning and analysis function. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining consistency across planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles while providing leadership with timely, actionable financial insights. This Senior FP&A Analyst will partner closely with leadership to drive informed business decisions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support and enhance our financial planning and analysis function. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining consistency across planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles while providing leadership with timely, actionable financial insights. This Senior FP&A Analyst will partner closely with leadership to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Modeling
- The Senior FP&A Analyst will maintain and enhance the company's financial and operating models
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes
- Lead or assist in monthly close and reporting cycles to ensure accurate and predictable financial outcomes
- The Senior FP&A Analyst will prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
- Provide visibility into business performance and emerging trends
- The Senior FP&A Analyst will analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify risks and opportunities
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and support special projects with actionable recommendations
- Partner with business leaders to gather and validate financial and operational data
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across departments
- Collaborate with IT/IS teams to improve data systems and integrity
- The Senior FP&A Analyst will utilize Salesforce, NetSuite, and other internal systems for data extraction, modeling, and reporting
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of reporting tools and processes
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within SaaS or recurring revenue environments
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite (reporting and data extraction)
- Ability to operate independently and drive results
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- A proactive, solutions-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst who can add value quickly
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
