Financial Analyst 2

Responsibilities and duties:

Cross-functional Support - Partner with Media and Finance stakeholders to ensure financial processes and information remain aligned and up to date.
Process Improvement & AI - Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance Operations.
Financial Controls & Reporting - Monitor budget utilization, identify risks or discrepancies, and support regular financial reporting.
Billing & Reconciliation - Partner with Media, Finance, agencies, and vendors to resolve billing and reconciliation discrepancies.
PO & Funding Management - Support PO management, budget transfers, funding changes, and related finance workflows.
Budget & Financial Operations - Support budget tracking, checkbook QA, reconciliation, and overall financial accuracy across media investments.

Ideal Candidate

Strong attention to detail with solid quantitative and analytical skills.
Highly organized, resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working across Media, Finance, agencies, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
A proactive problem solver who can identify discrepancies, follow issues through to resolution, and communicate clearly.
Curious and capable of using AI tools and automation to improve processes, reduce manual work, and increase operational efficiency.
Comfortable working in Excel and maintaining detailed financial trackers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance
3+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or finance operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, reconciliations, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with purchase orders, media billing, budget tracking, or financial reconciliation.
Understanding of media planning/buying workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms is a plus.
