Join a team that values compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:Serve meals according to resident dietary needs, portion guidelines, and established meal schedulesAssist with food preparation, portioning, and distribution of meals, snacks, beverages, and nourishmentsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, equipment, dishes, utensils, and workspacesOperate dietary equipment safely and accurately record food, beverage, and equipment temperaturesAssist with inventory, stocking, receiving, and proper storage of food and suppliesTransport meal carts and food trucks throughout the facility in a safe and timely mannerAccommodate resident preferences and special dietary requests whenever possibleFollow food safety, infection control, HIPAA, safety, and facility policies and proceduresReport equipment issues, hazards, accidents, and resident concerns to the appropriate supervisorRequirements:Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred: Some food service experienceKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to provide courteous and professional service to residents, families, and staffDependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environmentBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving Options
