The H.T. Hackney Co. is a privately-owned, broad lined convenience store distributor that has served customers for over 134 years and is looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our Warehouse Team as we progress in 2026.

We are now accepting applications for CP Warehouse Order Selector positions at our Roane County facility conveniently located off I-40 at Industrial Park Road, exit 362.

J OB DUTIES: What exactly will I be doing?

A CP Order Selector is an entry-level position in our warehouse that picks orders from assigned areas to ship to other divisions of the company. Using fork trucks and other equipment, you will pick cases of product to be palatized and staged for delivery to their location. We have many departments and love to cross train, so be ready to learn and expand your knowledge of warehousing as we teach you our business.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday
• Day shift, 8-hour shift schedules

• Committed to working safe
• Desire to produce quality orders
• Motivated to work efficiently and meet productivity goals
• Enjoy being physically active while working
• Works well with others and likes to problem-solve
• Dependable, punctual and work as scheduled
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Pass pre-employment drug screen & physical
• Must be 18+ for consideration
