Job Title: Senior System Analysts/Product Owner
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Serve as a Senior Systems Analyst / Product Owner supporting both team-level and program-level Agile delivery.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
- Create, manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, ROI, and delivery priorities.
- Define clear business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure features and stories are sufficiently refined and execution-ready before entering development.
- Participate in and facilitate PI Planning, iteration planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Utilize Jira and Jira Align for backlog management, planning, dependency tracking, reporting, and program execution.
Skills :
- Sr. System Analysts/Product Owner 12+ years of experience
- Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Product Roadmaps, Jira, Jira align, PI planning & execution, cross-functional leadership 12+ years
- Work with the team level as well as the program level to create, prioritize and manage product backlog
- Create, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and ROI
- Ensure features are sufficiently refined and ready for execution, with clear business and functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with business to conduct UAT, releases and oversee the product launches and go-to-market plans; identify and report risks
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to use data & KPIs to drive decisions; Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Experience with Web & Mobile applications, APIs & backend systems
- Technical knowhow of complex application integrations, SDLC, application testing and release processes
- Well-versed in an onshore-offshore execution model, ability to own from concept to completion
- Ensure features are sufficiently refined and ready for execution, with clear business and functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
