Brand Ambassador

Summary Provide a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, and representing brand standards while serving as an entry point to leadership opportunities. The Brand Ambassador works collaboratively with the store team to enhance customer engagement across channels. Responsibilities Deliver sales and profit performance through customer-focused selling Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards Participate in team training and contribute to achieving business results Engage clients through outreach, community events, and networking Support alternative purchasing processes and digital tools (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) Provide feedback to management on opportunities, category needs, and talent sourcing Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
