MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Tester to join our team in Lexington Park, MD . This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

The ServiceNow Tester will ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform through the comprehensive execution of manual and automated testing protocols

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establish comprehensive test objectives, define project scope, and determine acceptance criteria for ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios, and scripts for various ServiceNow modules.
• Execute functional, regression, system integration, and performance testing to validate platform enhancements and upgrades.
• Identify, document, and report platform defects and anomalies using established tracking tools to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project stakeholders to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure the maintenance of test documentation, reports, and associated artifacts for stakeholders and audit readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (6 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree)
• 3 + years of experience in the execution of manual and automated testing on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with ServiceNow platform functionalities and core modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and other relevant enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies, the software testing life cycle (STLC), and industry-standard defect management best practices.
• Established track record of collaborating with project stakeholders and development teams to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL best practices and industry-standard ServiceNow development methodologies.
• Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $116,400.00-$194,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
