This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4%Hotel discounts at select Western States Lodging & Management propertiesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans plus Health Savings Account (HSA) optionsOptional supplemental benefits, including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and other coverage options.Personal Time Off (PTO) and Vacation benefitsWhat You'll DoClean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standardsMake beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other linensDust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and maintain clean, organized roomsThoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floorsReplenish toiletries, towels, coffee supplies, cups, and other guest amenitiesEnsure guest rooms are properly stocked, organized, and ready for arriving guestsClean and maintain guest-accessible areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, fitness center, laundry areas, and other common spacesRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional towels, pillows, amenities, and other suppliesReport maintenance concerns, damaged items, or needed repairs to the appropriate departmentFollow established safety, sanitation, and security proceduresProperly handle cleaning chemicals and operate housekeeping equipment safelyAssist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, folding, and stocking linensWork closely with front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and other hotel associates to support smooth daily operationsDemonstrate Western States Lodging & Management hospitality and service standards in every guest interactionWhat Makes You SuccessfulHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred0–1 year of housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or related experience preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standardsAbility to follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standardsStrong time-management skills and ability to complete assigned rooms efficientlyPositive, professional communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentDependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent guest serviceAbility to safely work with cleaning products and chemicalsAvailability to work some weekends and holidays as business needs requireAuthorization to work in the United States and proof of identity as required by federal lawPhysical RequirementsThis position requires frequent walking and standing throughout the shift. Guest Room Attendants must be able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
