Phlebotomist

Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions. We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Windham, NH. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm and rotating Saturdays 7:30am–11:30am. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 6months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications Current or previous LabCorp experience. 1year or more experience as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Pay Range $19.00 – $24.00 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.
