Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape and deliver the technology roadmap for our advisors and client-facing teams. This role will focus on tools, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions that increase advisor capacity, reduce manual work, and improve the employee and client experience. You will partner closely with Advisor teams, Operations, Technology, Data, Compliance, and external vendors to turn business needs into clear priorities, scalable solutions, and well-adopted processes.

Day-to-Day as Senior Product Manager:

• Work with a high-performing and growth-oriented Technology team
• Partner with advisors and client-facing teams to understand how work gets done and where technology can improve capacity
• Own and maintain product roadmaps for advisor technology, workflow automation and AI-enabled productivity tools
• Gather requirements, document workflows and translate business needs into clear priorities and deliverables
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, streamline handoffs, improve data quality and create more time for advisors to spend with clients
• Help evaluate, implement and improve tools that support advisor productivity, client service, CRM workflows, meeting preparation, follow-up, reporting, onboarding and knowledge access
• Partner with Compliance, Data and IT security to ensure AI and technology solutions are used responsibly and in alignment with firm standards
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on enhancements, integrations, testing, training and rollout
• Support adoption through clear communication, user guides, training materials and feedback loops
• Measure success through advisor adoption, time savings, improved workflow consistency, reduced friction and better visibility into client-facing work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of proven experience in product management, advisor technology, business systems, financial services technology, process improvement or a related role
• Experience working with advisors, client service teams or business users to improve workflows and technology adoption
• Strong understanding of how technology can improve capacity, reduce administrative burden and support scalable growth
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, CRM platforms, workflow tools, reporting tools and knowledge-management systems
• Ability to gather requirements, prioritize competing needs and turn ambiguous ideas into clear deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Experience in wealth management, RIAs, or financial services very strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft 365/Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, AI notetakers, advisor workflow tools, custodial platforms, DocuSign, Feathery, Tableau or similar systems preferred

Job Type : Full-time, salaried exempt

Location : This position is based out of either our Houston or Santa Barbara office. This is an in-office position

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000 base salary; plus $38,500 annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
