As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This includes:

• Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met
• Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
• Participate in cultural and recreational activities to enhance the lives of our residents
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and standards of care, and maintain certification and licensure requirements

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Ability to lift and transfer residents with ease
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and caring approach to resident care
