Job Description
We are seeking a talented architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will produce construction drawings using Revit for various public transportation projects, utilizing multiple software tools including Revit, AutoCAD, and Microstation. You will report directly to the Project Lead and be involved in all phases of the project, from schematic design and design development to construction drawings, documentation, and administration. This position requires travel to job sites within NJ/NY and coordination with clients such as NJDOT, NJ Transit, Septa, and MTA.
Responsibilities

• Produce construction drawings with limited guidance.
• Engage in schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Manage construction administration tasks as required by the project.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Travel to job sites in NJ/NY as necessary.

Essential Skills

• 4 - 8 years of experience in an architectural office.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microstation.
• Strong understanding of building structures and construction documentation.
• Experience in architectural design, drafting, and detail-oriented construction drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design).
• Strong 3D presentation, production, and technical skills.
• LEED AP or GGP certification preferred.
• Motivated and independent problem solver with a strong work ethic.

Our office locations in Sparta, NJ, and Philadelphia operate in a collaborative, open studio environment without cubicles. Employees work in shared spaces to encourage idea exchange and personal growth. The firm is a women-owned business, focusing primarily on public transportation projects across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Remote work flexibility is offered, allowing you to work from home three days a week, with office presence required only two days a week. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
