Manager, Production

Menasha Corporation, a leading packaging and supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a Production Supervisor for its ORBIS division based in Wisconsin. Position Overview The Production Supervisor will manage all aspects of the production department, including scheduling, ensuring consistency across shifts, coordinating manufacturing activities to meet production and quality standards, and aligning with company targets. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with EH&S, cost‑effective production, built‑in quality, appropriate staffing, and process optimization. Provide leadership and guidance to frontline leaders to ensure fair treatment and consistent achievement of output levels and cost objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency. Communicate and coordinate with all departments to ensure timely product availability for shipment. Ensure adequate resources of materials, tools, and labor to meet production demands. Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Performance Measures Safety metrics On‑time shipments Employee engagement Unplanned downtime Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree and 5–10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in a plastics or fabrication environment. Desired: Master’s Degree, 2 years of LEAN or CI involvement, 2 years of experience in a union setting (when applicable), and travel of 5%–10%. Travel Requirements 5%–10% travel.
