Social Media Marketing Specialist

Our client, a well-funded and fast-growing wealth-tech series B startup in NYC is searching for a Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist! This person will have the opportunity to shape an early-stage business, help them grow, and work alongside the very best A-Players! This is a fully onsite role , near Grand Central in NYC. Responsibilities: Social Media Management Manage the company's social media presence across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok Collaborate closely with external creative and content agencies to ensure projects remain on-brand, on-time, and aligned with marketing objectives Develop and maintain a content calendar supporting campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives Engage with the online community by responding to comments, managing direct messages, and fostering meaningful conversations Identify emerging trends and translate them into relevant, brand-aligned content opportunities Monitor and analyze social performance metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations Email Marketing Own and execute the company's email marketing strategy using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform Create compelling newsletters and email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions Continuously test and optimize subject lines, audience segmentation, send times, and content formats Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to improve future marketing effort Qualifications: 2 years of experience in social media marketing, email marketing, or digital marketing Demonstrated success growing audiences, increasing engagement, or improving campaign performance Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of brand voice and messaging Hands-on experience managing at least one major social media platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube) Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Self-starter mentality with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt quickly Reason's you should work here: Team of A-players- you will be surrounded by the best of the best!
