This is not a typical HR Coordinator opening, you’ll be creating branded onboarding materials, digital playbooks for training, interactive orientation content and 30/60/90-day resources, while also helping evaluate new HR technology, AI tools and ways to streamline manual processes. It’s a strong fit for a recent grad or someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in content, marketing, communications or digital projects who wants to become a key member of an HR team, take ownership of creative and process-improvement initiatives, gain hands-on exposure to HR technology, and build tools and content that employees will actually use. Opportunity to become a key member of the HR team and own visible projects early in your career $2B healthcare organization with large company benefits and real growth opportunities across HR, employee experience, marketing, HR technology and people operations Full-time role, great work life balance (40 hour work week) with a collaborative, down-to-earth team Strong mentorship and team structure in place High visibility with leadership and the opportunity to present ideas, recommendations and completed work Job Details Responsibilities Create and refresh branded onboarding content, digital playbooks, presentations and visual employee resources Help redesign orientation and 30/60/90-day programs into more interactive, digital experiences Turn HR policies, benefits and compliance information into content that is clear, polished and easy to use Research and test HR technology, AI tools and digital platforms that can improve the employee experience Identify manual or time-consuming HR processes and help build simpler, more efficient solutions Coordinate projects across multiple departments Support rollout of new tools, content and process improvements across the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, HR or a related field preferred Open to recent graduates and candidates with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience Experience creating content, presentations, branded materials or digital communications Strong PowerPoint skills; Canva or similar design tools are a plus Comfortable learning new technology and experimenting with AI and digital tools Strong eye for presentation, messaging and how information is organized Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once Interest in building a career that blends creative work, HR technology and process improvement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
